Quality community engagement serves as the ‘research and development’ phase for communities. We facilitate community-wide outreach efforts that focus on collaborating with what Creative Reaction Lab refers to as the ‘Living Experts’ of a community. We help our clients connect and build relationships with those who have lived experience and expertise of an issue or place.
COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGY
Language is important to a community-centered communications strategy. We help our clients establish a shared understanding of where to start with planning and development efforts, improve awareness around the complex issues facing a community, and help leaders craft the right story through clear, concise message.
PLANNING
We collaborate with our clients on planning efforts that have clear visions, values, goals, objectives, and realistic timelines. We help build evaluation frameworks from the information gathered during robust engagement efforts. We then help translate these insights and principles into clear, actionable and accountable plans.
IMPLEMENTATION
Once the plan is in place, we provide strategic, tactical, and operational support to turn our client’s plan into reality. Whether it involves building a team, training a team, or recruiting partners from the community, we help actualize our client’s plan during implementation.
